At Luxxy, we process and ship all orders from Nashville, TN. Our typical order processing time is 1-2 business days after purchase. Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can easily track your delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping rates are determined by the shipping option you select during checkout. Please note that delivery times vary based on the destination.

Important Information

• Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. While we process your order in a timely manner, shipping times may occasionally be affected by postal service delays. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for processing, especially during holiday seasons.

Lost Packages or Incorrect Addresses

We use USPS for all domestic orders, offering secure, trackable shipping. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist in locating it. However, Luxxy is not responsible for refunds on packages sent to incorrect addresses or if you have moved and the package fails to be delivered.

Once proof of delivery is provided, Luxxy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for items reported as delivered but are lost or stolen.
