Refund policy

At Luxxy, we are happy to accept returns on eligible items within the following timeframes:

• Full Refund: Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Store Credit/Exchange: Returns accepted within 45 days of the delivery date.

Please note that shipping and Route Package Protection fees are non-refundable.

Once you submit your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s).

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
• A $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Return Processing

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item(s) at our warehouse. To process a return, please log into your customer account and select the order/items you would like to return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from Luxxy with details of your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for credit card refunds to appear, depending on your bank's processing time.
